One central connection, smartly controlled
Solar panels + Heat pump + Battery + Charging plaza = One smart system
Illustration is indicative; final design follows in the engineering phase.
The concept explained
What it means, what we formalize, and what the next step is
What does this mean for you as a resident?
Heat: each apartment gets a delivery station with its own heat meter. You pay for your own consumption plus a fixed part for maintenance and replacement.
Electricity: your own grid connection and energy supplier remain unchanged.
Charging: on private premises, billed per kWh with your own charge card.
Comfort: control operates within fixed comfort limits; priority charging remains possible at a higher rate.
Why this works
No private grid needed: all shared installations operate behind one standard building connection.
Heat measured per apartment with an individual heat meter.
Battery located outside near the parking lot, designed according to PGS 37-1 safety standards.
What do we formalize?
Deed of division and regulations: ownership and management of the heat pump, battery, charging plaza, and EMS, plus heat metering and cost allocation per apartment.
Main connection maximum 3x80A: no large-consumer status, no grid waiting list. We determine the exact connection capacity together with the installer and grid operator.
